It’s fun, inspiring & empowering.                                 

Joanna Rushton, Food & Lifestyle coach and Qualified chef with 12 years’ experience in international cuisine, takes the confusion out of making healthy choices and provides the knowledge, skills and resources to create healthy, tasty meals that are both time efficient and cost effective. 

Food & Fitness will:

  • Explore which foods will best regenerate and rejuvenate the body after exercise
  • Show you how food choices should change depending on the individual and the type of exercise you do
  • Help you optimise the body’s ability to absorb nutrition and recover from your workouts
  • Discuss which foods best support the effect that exercise has on the musculoskeletal system, nerve system and immune system
