group fitness

We have just launched our newest group fitness timetable here at the all sorts fitness & wellbeing centre in Alexandria, South Sydney. We now have 3 group fitness studios and over 40 group fitness classes to choose from including RPM, BodyPump, Boxing, Step, BodyBalance, Circuit, Yoga, Pilates, Fitball, 6 pack express and aqua aerobics classes.

Our newest additions to the timetable include Fitball, Pilates and Aqua.

Group fitness is really popular, working out with others to some good tunes, with an inspiring instructor can make getting fit all the more fun. Classes are also updated every few months to keep them fresh and interesting.

At all sorts we have a wide variety of classes throughout the day from high energy and power classes to low impact and mind body style clases, that will enable you to improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength and power, endurance and flexibility.

Some of the classes on our current timetable include Body Pump, 6 pack express, Run Club, Step, RPM, Body Balance, Power Punch and Yoga.

When you come to our classes, be sure to leave a little bit of time to get yourself into the change room and ready before the class starts. You can just turn up on the day for most of our classes however, our RPM (indoor cycle) classes are very popular so you do need to book your place in advance.
